It can be installed in the complicated position of pipeline, occupying a small space, and can measure the position that can not be measured by ordinary flowmeter;
One-piece minimum support DN15 (φ 20) pipe diameter, maximum support DN80 (φ 90) pipe diameter;
Support stainless steel pipes, carbon steel pipes, copper pipes, plastic pipes and other materials;

Application scenario:
Cleaning machine, irrigation, beverage and food feeding, solar panel cleaning, database and other small-diameter liquid measurement.

2. Split clamp installation, which is divided into high-temperature split type and corrosion-resistant split type:

2.1 high temperature split type

High-temperature split type can measure high-temperature liquid at 140℃, and supports stainless steel pipes, carbon steel pipes, copper pipes, plastic pipes and other materials,The space required for split type installation is smaller than that of integrated type,If the installation space is small, split type can be preferred.

2.2 corrosion-resistant split type

The anti-corrosion split type is different from other types, which supports PFA/PU hose measurement,The sensor is made of food-grade pure resin material, which is resistant to acid/alkali, salt solution and other organic solutions,It is mainly used in semiconductor manufacturing, chemical industry and other work scenes with corrosive substances,In addition, because it is a clamp-type installation mode, it can also be used in food, medicine and other production scenes with strict requirements on external pollution.



Installation is simple and convenient with only 4 steps:

  • Wipe the installation position clean to ensure that the pipeline surface is free of dirt, paint and other sundries * 1;;
  • Install the upper and lower buckles, which will automatically absorb with magnetic attraction, and tighten the screws;
  • Remove the protective film on the host sensor, put it into the card slot, and tighten the screws on both sides;
  • It can be measured by connecting the power cord, and the SQ value is stable above 50, indicating that it has been measured stably, without setting parameters, and RS485 can be connected to transmit information to the system;


*1: If there is dirt or sundries on the pipeline surface, the measurement signal will be poor and the data will be inaccurate.
